Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Garni, we partner with premium global merchants and artisans to bring you high-quality culinary apparel. Because we source our products directly from international manufacturing partners, this allows us to offer you exceptional quality at the best possible prices.

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are sent to our fulfillment centers for dispatch within 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times Because our items are shipped from our global partner facilities, delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping.

  • United States, Europe, & UK: 10 - 20 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15 - 30 business days.

  • Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, Garni is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier logistics, extreme weather, or customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to update in the shipping carrier's system.

  • If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us at support@garnikithchen.com.

4. Multiple Packages To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in the same order may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages. If you receive only part of your order, please do not panic! The rest of your items are on the way.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Garni is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is completely correct. Garni is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages While we will do our best to assist you in tracking down missing orders, Garni is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
